Yue merchants, namely Shaoxing merchants, are one of the largest merchant gangs in China. During the Republic of China, Vietnamese merchants controlled Shanghai's financial lifeline. General Secretary Xi Jinping once pointed out in the "Zhejiang Daily" column of "Zhejiang Xinyu": Zhejiang merchants culture is the soul of Zhejiang merchants. The culture of Zhejiang merchants is inherited from Zhejiang's profound cultural heritage and formed in the creative practice of the vast number of Zhejiang merchants. It is the spiritual power that supports the pioneering and enterprising of Zhejiang merchants. Yang Yiqing, the curator of the Zhejiang Merchants Museum, pointed out: As a part of Zhejiang Merchants, Yue Merchants' strength and development model have been ignored by the outside world. At present, the research results of the entire academia and industry on Yueshang mainly focus on economic development, and there are few research results on the humanistic spirit of Yueshang. The dissemination of the spirit of Yueshang is the theme of the new era. It needs to adapt to the channels and forms of communication in the new era in order to take off. In the general environment of the new media era, how to meet the requirements of the times and thus spread the spirit of Vietnam is a topic that we need to study.
